These were purchased from the factory, sometime in the late 1960s after TRW bought out the UTC factory in NYC, USA. These are absolutely UTC factory made transformers. Same impeccable ratings and heavy cast outer potting. UTC Includes new hardware and all original packing. And, also included very hand full UTC documentation -- including all wiring info.  Established & well documented UTC always delivers a very hifi 20-20k.
